Check in will not be allowed without it. Ensure all the pre arrival documentation is done before you come to the resort to allow a swift check in – you will no longer need to report to reception – our reception area is too confined and allows 1 person at a time at the reception desk. Upon arrival you will be sent straight to your Unit if all your pre-arrival doc’s have been sent by Wednesday 10h00. Please note the following: • The resort gates close at 21h00 • The number of occupants may not exceed 6 people, including children of all ages and sizes. • The resort is a NON SMOKING property. • Guests must bring all their own toiletries and beach towels. • The Resort supplies 6 bath towels per unit, you may bring extra bath towels as we don’t change the bath towels during your stay. • Daily cleaning of units will not be available. The resort supplies dish washing liquid, Mop, broom, dust pan, dust pan brush, dish cloths – any other cleaning products you may need you may bring along) The resort offers you a mini service for the full week guests – this mini service takes place on a Tuesday – out of the 48 full week guests only 4% have used the mini service – majority decline the mini service as they are cautious.
